Subscription Cancellation

Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your first order.

To qualify for a refund, contact our customer support team at hi@trybrght.com with your order details, and we will assist you in processing the refund.

The refund applies to the full product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
