Brght™ offers free shipping on all orders of 2 or more bottles.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United States and most international destinations, with some exceptions due to delivery limitations.

Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may extend up to 5 business days.
You will receive a notification once your order ships.

USA: 7–12 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
Europe & UK: 10–18 business days
Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 10–18 business days

Address Accuracy

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after order placement.
Brght is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If we make an error, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost Packages
Packages are considered lost if tracking shows no updates for 20 days.
Contact hi@trybrght.com to process a replacement for lost packages.
Claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Delivered but Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package:
Check around your property and with neighbors.
Wait 1–2 business days for possible redelivery.
File a claim with your local post office or courier.
