Thank you for choosing BRGHT. We are dedicated to providing fast, reliable, and discreet delivery of your order. Please review our shipping policy below to understand order processing times, delivery schedules, and tracking procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Fast Dispatch: All standard orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major federal holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days typically begin fulfillment the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or during federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched from our fulfillment facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship domestically across the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses) as well as select international destinations.

Domestic United States (USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx)

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days):
    • Free Shipping: Included on all multi-bottle packages (3-Bottle and 6-Bottle bundles) and orders over 0.
    • Single Bottle Orders: Flat-rate standard shipping of .95 applied at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days): Available at checkout for an additional fee depending on destination.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Window: International shipments typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on local postal services and customs clearance.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable local customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country's government.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, an email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to update in the carrier's online tracking system after initial label generation.

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please email us at info@trybrght.com with your order number.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order.

  • Address Mistakes: If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@trybrght.com with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change - [Order #]".
  • Limitations: Because orders are routed rapidly to our automated fulfillment center, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
  • Liability: Dobar Holdings LLC is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misrouted, or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided at checkout.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Stolen Packages

Per our Terms of Sale, carrier tracking and delivery confirmation (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx "Delivered" status) serves as sufficient proof of delivery to the customer's specified address, without requiring a physical signature.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check around your porch, building entryway, mailbox, leasing office, or with neighbors.
  2. Allow 24 hours, as some carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered shortly before physical drop-off.
  3. If still missing, contact your local postal carrier and email us at info@trybrght.com so we can assist you in filing an inquiry.
